Collins Contracting performed excavation and site utility work for a joint venture between The Silver Companies and HCA of Virginia for the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. The project involved over 500,000 CY of earthmoving, 4 miles of underground utilities, a 1,000 feet sewer line bore beneath Interstate 95, and 2,500 feet of divided highway.
